3 Free In-Home Consultation
We offer a complimentary 30-minute consultation, where we visit your home to assess which areas need organising. We'll bring our product guide, item list, and mood boards so you can choose the styles, colours, and materials that best suit your space.

Do I need to clean or tidy before you arrive?
No — please don’t tidy anything before your session. Seeing your space exactly as it is helps us understand your habits, storage challenges, and what isn’t working. You don’t need to buy containers or storage tubs beforehand either; we’ll recommend what you need once we see your space in person.
Do you bring storage products or should I buy my own?
We can absolutely bring recommended organising products if you’d like, or we can work with what you already own. If new containers or labels are needed, we’ll let you know the exact products and quantities before you buy anything. This ensures you only purchase items that genuinely suit your home and budget.
What happens to items I want to donate or dispose of?
We help sort items into keep, donate, sell, and dispose categories. If you have donations, we can recommend local Gold Coast charities that accept household goods, clothing, toys, and kitchen items. You’re welcome to take donations after the session, or we can assist with organising a drop-off if needed.
